How to SPA
Appointment
We recommend reserving your appointments as early as possible. However, appointments are sometimes available at short notice. The agency and your concierge can make appointments for you.
Check in
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you plenty of time to get to know your therapist and get ready for your treatment.
Late arrival and cancellations
If you arrive late, it is unfortunately not possible to extend your treatment beyond the agreed time. Thank you for understanding that, out of courtesy to subsequent guests, arriving late will mean a shorter treatment time. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance, full payment will be due for no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
Clothing
We recommend that you come to your treatment in a bathrobe. There is a disposable slip for you in the massage room. During the treatment, all parts of the body that are not included in the treatment are covered with towels.
Physicist
We have female therapists in our team. Please advise us of any preferences when booking your treatment and let us know if you would like a specific kind of therapist. We will make every effort to consider your preferences.
Medical Conditions
When booking your treatment, please inform us of any special medical conditions, such as allergies, injuries or pregnancy, that may influence your choice of treatment.
Miscellaneous
Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the treatment area. The thermal baths and the spa are places of tranquillity and relaxation. Therefore, electrical devices are not allowed. Out of consideration for fellow guests, taking pictures and filming is prohibited.
Amenities
Before your arrival, you can inform the Office about your desired amenities, such as pool heating, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Even if your villa is not equipped with these amenities, they can arrange a timeslot for you at the SPA to enjoy them.
Etiquette
When visiting the SPA, it is important to be nice, clean, and polite. Follow the instructions and use the materials provided by the SPA staff. If possible, it is recommended to follow the order of treatments or services outlined by the SPA.
